I had a talk with my boss and asked him what he knew on certain subjects...He shook his head and said he knew nothing on them.
Christ how can you write SOPs if you bnow nothing. I said Okay...you need a class. Thursday...I will teach him. I thought he was 'Dim' but he just lacks operation knowledge and has a big ego. he still drives me crazy...hehehe.
